Angel was very nice professional from beginning to end. He updated me throughout the entire process and I am very happy with the work Angel and his team provided. The soffit and fascia started to fall apart on our garage and we tried to cover it up until we could come up with a better solution. We chose Galis Roofing and Gutters based on the great Google reviews. I contacted Galis and told Luis what needed to be completed; we made an appointment for a sales rep to come out to assess the damage and the price was affordable. We appreciated that the workers came out when they said they would. Our garage looks so much better! Thanks for all of your hard work and keeping us updated on what needed to be done next. We offer a gift card as a thank you to every client that recommends us to family and friends
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We measure the job site, we talk about extras like leaf guards, wood replacement, gutter placement, color, and material. If a customer knows what they want then we go straight to scheduling a day to install. If a customer isn’t sure we can help and answer any questions about their project and recommend the best solution based on what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience gained from learning at the job sites over the years, I took a roofing course to go along with gutters.
We recently hired a new member to our company. Angel, will be in charge of our disaster flood/water mitigation services.
I will soon have my public adjusters license for Illinois, if there's any storm damage that is being denied, I will help you get all your money's worth from the insurance.
