- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is complicated about the best deal you're going to get, for good quality professional service. Typical service calls are $75 including first hour additional hours are $50. Some work is just easier to give a complete price. Quality is more important than quantity.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Commonly replace toilets, faucets kitchen and bath, copper pipe Repair, leaky drains, leaky waste lines in basement or crawlspace, sump pumps, water heaters, new faucet spigot for garden hose, or Repair old one. Many other plumbing services including leaky shower, toilet tank running, shower heads, and much more. Service and repair plumber is my specialty.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We try to leave everything cleaner than it was when we got there. I tell people we do you work as it was our own house the way we would do it for ourselves, you're in good hands nothing to worry about, only fixing what you want to be fixed not looking for extra money.
