I am a consultant with over 25 years of experience, helping small businesses become more clever and more profitable through creative collaboration. I bring the tools and an outsider's perspective while you bring your existing business model with all of its strengths and challenges. Together, we identify areas where you'd like some assistance and create an affordable, actionable project plan. When we're finished, you'll still have the freedom and joy that comes with being a small business owner. But your reports will be neater, your goals clearer, your accounting more accurate, and your stress level greatly diminished. I'm available for ongoing engagements, short-term projects, or occasional "tune-ups". My current client roster includes: two small law firms, an award-winning restaurant, two independent real-estate developers, an executive coach, a candidate running for political office, a Chicago-based specialty manufacturing and retail operation, and a mid-sized consulting firm.
