We destroyed a custom pipe under our sink trying to change a drain, and had a renter moving in to the unit in 48 hours. Ahmed responded immediately, was out first thing the next morning, and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. He made a stressful situation a very pleasant experience, had excellent communication, and we will definitely be keeping him on speed dial for the next time we have an issue.
