My washer died and at 11:35, I requested to be contacted. Alex called within 2 minutes and we booked an appointment for between 12:30 and 1:30. He arrive within that window, diagnosed the issue, had the part in hand, replace the part, updated firmware, tested, and ran a test cycle. He was out within 90 mins total. Looking online at the average labor and the average cost for the same part, Apex was within the range.

Alex was great! He called me very quickly after I put in the request on Thumbtack, and came out the same day. He diagnosed my problem with my washing machine and fixed it within the same week (including ordering parts). He showed me what was wrong so I could learn from him, too. I would hire him again.
