We also offer a free phone consultation to go over basic troubleshooting and record the information necessary to ensure that we take every step possible to get you up and running in one visit.
At A.R.E. Chicago, we understand projects/replacements can be costly, so we do offer financing options.

Robert came in a timely manner. He is a total professional! He did a great job on my washer and cleaned out my dryer. He showed me the broken parts he replaced and turned on the machines to show how much better they work. Great service with a smile. Oh, and he kept his mask on the whole time. Totally recommend ARE!

Rob has been very punctual during the whole communication process. I had a freon leak and needed the copper tube replaced and soldered. After my first call with Rob, I knew he's the guy! He showed up on time, and had everything fixed up. Within
2-3 hour after I plugged in the fridge, I got some nice ice cubes. Rob not only fixed the problem, but also did a great job in explaining everything he was doing. The way he explained it, a layperson like me could understand. I highly recommend Rob. Thank you!

I had a leak from my fridge that caused water damage to my floors. I had A.R.E come out. Robert was very workable and understanding when I winded up rescheduling on him twice. There is a charge to come look at the issue, but it's negated if you wind up having them fix your appliance.
Before fixing the issue, he answered all my questions with the details I like and with professionalism. I did have to have him come out twice in the same week but that was due to another part of the fridge no longer working, separate from the water leak. After the work was done, he provided me helpful tips for maintaining my fridge and tips for my other appliances. I would recommend them for fixing your appliances.
