We love to make are customers happy no payment upfront until are job is done there’s no job to big or small we don’t use water base we use oil base you will have a receipt and contract from 3 to 5 years of warranty and we also do stairs n tuckponting and you don’t pay me not a dollar I’m front until my job is complete done it’s all done by me. We don’t use water base. We use oil base. We use it at the airport at businesses. that’s why our warranty is 3 to 5 years. If you use water base, it owe going to last six months. it comes out of a machine hat. And I am a very negotiable with the price. thank you.
