The design features a wide prep area right near the window where I bring in baskets of produce, and open shelving so my dried herbs and jars are always within reach. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is itemized based on the scope of work and whether or not we are supplying any of the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home estimates. The whole process should take about 60 minutes: you can design your bathroom, ask our rep any questions you have, and receive a free estimate that's good for 60 days. We also allow the customer to purchase their own materials and will quote them for labor only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with the Laticrete system in the shower space. This involves using high quality waterproof materials that include a lifetime warranty on labor and materials.
