I take a coaching approach to strategic development. I don't direct, I work with you to develop a program that works for you, comes from your values and voice, and provide strategic direction, guidance and structure to bring those ideas to fruition. I am not going to tell you "you must be everywhere on social media!". I work with my clients to avoid overwhelm, and to grow their social media portfolio as they see fit and works with their schedule and budget. Helping the small business owner to grow in a way that showcases their unique brand, style and creativity. Social media is a way for the local business to compete and stand out in there market in a way that can be budget minded. I love to bring out the creative ideas of each individual, and help them to identify ways to create a social presence while still running their business successfully. My goal is to accelerate knowledge while reducing overwhelm so that a business can soar.
