Very pleasant technician! He was extremely polite and knowledgeable! Due to some ongoing 8ssues with my ride, and illegal actions of my condo board member he still was able to get my thermostat installed. However he was not able to complete the job 100% due to my condo board illegally denying access to the building boiler. However he went above and beyond to do what he could to get my heat back on! Highly recommend and would strongly recommend his company and esp his services! Price very competitive as well!

It took me a minute to get back and write this review but I wanted to be sure that I did it. Last month I reached out to ADC Pros to do a winter check-up on my HVAC system. I had been looking for someone to come out because my last HVAC guy (Jorvin Home Heating and Cooling) became very unreliable and wasn't returning my calls so I knew it was time for a change. Thank God I found these guys! The tech actually was able to come early and he did a super thorough inspection of my system. His name was Leo. And even once he finished and was prepared to leave, I had a few questions for him and he went back in my basement and showed me exactly what he did so that I would be able to communicate it back to my spouse. And Leo was soooo friendly and patient with all my questions. I mean what a great experience. HVAC can already be overwhelming to deal with, but Leo made sure that I understood what was going on and what he did. Will I recommend them to my friends and family? HELL YES!! And I've got other properties that I will definitely be using them for. Thank you, thank you, and THANK YOU again for the high level of professionalism that you offer. And be sure to keep Leo around.... He's the BEST!

I had an issue with my furnace and I was not getting any heat. The technician came out and his work quality was excellent. He was professional with diagnosing the problem and determined that it was not the furnace but the thermostat. He rewired it at a great value. I am beyond happy.
