Duke was able to repair my tankless hot water heater for much less than a replacement. Other plumbers would only quote a full unit replacement

We no longer had heat blowing through the vents late in the evening, only cool air. What a bummer.. it was freezing outside. Luckily, Andrew from Duke's responded right away, and was able to get someone out the very next morning. Danny was able to quickly diagnose the issue, replace the faulty part, and we had heat in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and the price was reasonable for the job. Thank you gentlemen!

Thanks for taking out time to listen to my initial issues on our commercial heating system. It was kind that your team was able to reply to me quickly. Since I am new at getting repairs done for this, I didn’t realize that I had more companies closer to me than I expected. It was my fault to have contact you since I should have like for someone closer to me. I realize that it is best to find a company that travels within 15-30 minutes of where you live. This does depend on where the house is physically located other repair location. I would recommend giving this company a try. Thanks once again.

Fantastic!!! Hired Duke’s to clean my tankless water heater and was thrilled with the service. My tech was extremely professional and they did a great job- the cost was half of an estimate elsewhere- will absolute hire them moving forward!
