We no longer had heat blowing through the vents late in the evening, only cool air. What a bummer.. it was freezing outside. Luckily, Andrew from Duke's responded right away, and was able to get someone out the very next morning. Danny was able to quickly diagnose the issue, replace the faulty part, and we had heat in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and the price was reasonable for the job. Thank you gentlemen!
