Marco arrived on a Sunday. A Sunday. Unheard of these days. Very very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of my AC unit in a timely manner. Also inform me of other things that I need to do to keep it running up to par. Not only did he replace the part that need to be replaced but then he replaced part that was starting to go bad. I like that in a mechanic. Informative by showing me what the problem was. Also he had the parts to Make the replacements without having me to wait until a business day. Excellent excellent excellent. Never have I had such professionalism on a Sunday. I have a home warranty company that absolutely sucks in comparison to EMJ heat and cooling. I will recommend him to anyone I know that has a AC problem. The company is the best. And I will continue to use them. Came out on a Sunday! I just can't get over that! And he was quick and he was prompt. And very professional. Marco Mora is absolutely the best!

His responsiveness was incredible and his attention to ensuring not only as getting the heat running but focus on preventative maintenance was worth every penny. When he discovered that we had a Google Nest ready for installation he also took care of it was well. I’ll definitely reach out to him and his team for all of my HVAC needs.

Marco arrived ready to go! He communicated well, and explained what the problem could be for the noise we hear when the fan is running within our HVAC. He did not promise a solution, but he investigated and attempted to fix it; however, we need to have the blower replaced. He is going to get a quote for the part and let me know, so he can come back and install it. He also informed me that the inside of the system should be cleaned every 1 to 2 years, and we never did it...10 years later, he cleaned it for the 1st time. We look forward to future work.
