Marco arrived ready to go! He communicated well, and explained what the problem could be for the noise we hear when the fan is running within our HVAC. He did not promise a solution, but he investigated and attempted to fix it; however, we need to have the blower replaced. He is going to get a quote for the part and let me know, so he can come back and install it. He also informed me that the inside of the system should be cleaned every 1 to 2 years, and we never did it...10 years later, he cleaned it for the 1st time. We look forward to future work.
