- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
must of the projects are $8.00 sf, but some times it can be more because we use an excavator, or some diferent machine. not for be scary for price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the introduced the best way is answering all their questions from their project, explaining the reason of cost and explained them the way to fix, repair or install new concrete
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i was a union labor 5 years ago, i took osha classes, but the experience from the places i been working, is the best education or the best training.
