- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat fees but the fee structure depends on the class of case and the circumstances of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically communicate with the potential client via phone or email. Then I meet with the potential client to get a better understanding of his/her needs. Since the first half hour is free there is no problem with meeting discuss the matter. Once I have a good understanding of the potential client's needs I then discuss price and terms of engagement. After all of that I am ready to do everything I can to try to help the client achieve his/her objectives!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and over a decade and a half of real world legal experience. That is why I am proud to be able to say that I am ranked in the top ten of Chicago Criminal Defense attorneys for the second year in a row.
