The Law Office of Michael Finn represent defendants throughout the state of Illinois. Our practice focuses on defending people who have been accused of committing crimes. We represent people who have been charged with felony offenses or misdemeanor offenses. We represent people in Illinois circuit courts as well as in federal district courts.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The criminal justice system is vast and complex. It is unlikely that any defendant would not benefit from the advice of an attorney. Even if a defendant wishes to represent himself at trial, there is usually much he may learn from an attorney about possible defenses, rules of evidence, criminal procedure, trial strategy and tactics, controlling case law, and consequences of conviction, as well as other important considerations. At the Law Office of Michael Finn, criminal law is our sole focus. We enjoy the work and get a great deal of satisfaction fighting for our clients and ensuring that nobody whom we represent gets bulldozed or otherwise abused by the government.
