I contacted Peter and is crew for a bid on building out a Pergola for my existing garage roof deck. I reached out to PorchFix because I had received other bids that seems extremely high. Peter responded promptly and asked for additional details on the project. I sent over a picture of a pergola that I was interested in his crew building out. He promptly sent over a bid with detail within 1 week which I felt was very reasonable. After agreeing on the contact his team scheduled a start date a few weeks out. He team started on the date they stated and actually built out the entire pergola in 1 day (where they estimated 2). The result was better than I had expected. His crew matched the design based on just a picture which I found impressive. Additionally the crew was very tightly and cleaned up and vacuumed. Overall verify happy with the work done and would use them again if a future project requires it.

I hired Labyrinth to build a two-story porch for a rental property. Peter and his team did an incredible job. The porch was built for a reasonable price, on schedule, and with minimal disruptions. They handled all steps in the process as promised (i.e.; architectural drawings, building permits, demolition, clean-up, etc...). I travel for a living and needed a company I could trust to work without my presence. Peter was very accommodating when it came to my situation and was very responsive; providing updates via email. I highly recommend them.

We have a great architectural drawing fee and senior citizen discounts. Very common is for us to combine clients projects into a discounted fee. We definitely work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answering all the questions and troubleshooting all the possible scenarios. We handle everything top to bottom when it comes to porches and decks. From architectural design, permits, through demolition and eventual construction.
