- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free for first consultation. We do high end decks which consist of composite decking, aluminum railings, under deck drainage systems, under deck ceiling systems, lighting, and outside kitchens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointment based, and we come out to see what type of project you have and what you would like to do for that project. We then send you an estimate via email, do a follow up call and then get your project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenters are at minimum of 3 years training. I have all with background at least 6 years plus training.
