- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies from case to case based on whether it's a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. For Chapter 7, it also varies based on whether it's a solo or joint filing. For both types, it's always a flat fee. The fees vary based on the client's particular situation for Divorce, Estate Planning, Immigration, and Real Estate. Some are flat fee and others are hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation to start. We will always explain the situation thoroughly and be very clear about what is needed to effectively fulfill your legal needs.
