About
I believe success is the byproduct of hard work and dedication. As a result, I set reasonable hourly rates and do everything I can for my clients.
My reward at the end of the day is knowing I treated my client fairly, especially when I read a positive review a client leaves for me.
I would be happy to discuss your case, my litigation strategy, costs, and the retainer in a free phone consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
There are not many fields of law where you can actually make a difference like you can in family law. That gives me great satisfaction.

Great experience, considering divorce. Martin was honest about everything upfront and held true to his word. He represented me in my divorce case and was successful in achieving the goal we created. He’s knowledgeable and understanding. I’d hire Martin again.

I will be hiring Martin for my divorce. He explained everything thoroughly and has a very reasonable price for my budget. I spoke to several lawyers for a easy un contestant divorce and he was very reasonable!

Marty provided me with excellent service in my divorce case. His rate was fair, his advice was on point and in the end resolved my case in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to reach out again.

I couldn't recommend Attorney Osinski enough! From day one, he was on top of my case until the very end. He made the entire process easy and stress free. He was easy to talk to, easy to work with and easy on the pockets (affordable). The highlight of the case is that he got sick and still showed up to court on my behalf. I usually don't write reviews, but I think the world should know about him. I couldn't have asked for better results. I am beyond satisfied!

Martin was very knowledgeable and fought for my rights even before I hired him. That was the reason I have decided to hire him. He made sure I understood everything we talked about in detail and what I was entitled to by law and things I didn’t even think about. Truly educational for me and really felt that he wanted to help. Great first impression and his rates are better than any other lawyer I’ve looked into and I asked other friends who divorced and they wholeheartedly agreed!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my cases are hourly cases, where I charge my clients on a hourly basis. Billing itself is calculated in "tenths" of an hour. To illustrate, I will 0.1 for 1-6 minutes of work, 0.2 for 6-12 minutes, 0.3 for 12-18 minutes, 0.4 for 18-24 minutes, and 0.5 for 24-30 minutes of work done. I am able to answer any questions during an initial consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important step is the initial consultation, which is always free to reduce pressure. During the initial consultation, I answer any question the client may have regarding the process, regarding myself professionally. We also discuss the potential client's goals and lay out a litigation strategy to accomplish those goal.
Once I am retained, I immediately take action to accomplish those goals.
The goal are periodically review and revised based upon the client's wishes and evolution of the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the John Marshall Law School in 2002 and have worked in the field of Family and Divorce Law for over 10 years. In addition to my law school education, each year I attend continuing legal education courses in the field of family law to stay on top of the latest trends and changes in the law. I have also presented a continuing legal education seminar in the field of family law.
