- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog and cat groomer, CPR, and medical aid from Petco. I am currently furthering my cat education through National Cat Grooming Institute.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2011 I applied at my local Petco as a bather and quickly moved up the ladder from bather, to groomer, then to manager. I enjoyed my time working with man different breeds and personality types. After gaining four years of experience in the grooming world and graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Business I decided to start my own in-home grooming service.
