This was my first time using Thumbtack and I must say that I am very pleased with the results. I received awesome legal service and at a great rate! Other law offices I contacted (two) from this site quoted me double the price I paid with Fenbert & Associates (Richard was my Attorney). Richard was able to get my DUI charge reduced and he offered me great legal advice as I was conflicted and lacked knowledge on my options.
I am a single mother of two that made a mistake when deciding to drive while extremely tired (I work two FT jobs) and having a couple of drinks. I did not feel judged by Richard at all, but the total opposite.
Richard kept in contact with me throughout the duration of my case to ensure I was taking care of everything I needed to, and he got my fees reduced drastically! Since my DUI case I have received two other traffic tickets and Richard was able to get both cases dismissed and again at a very low rate (plus I did not have to take off work to go to those court dates).
Richard is GREAT at what he does, down to earth and not judgmental at all. He is easy to talk to and provides excellent legal advice and service. No. I work with each client individually on payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a client in my office or at a place convenient to him or her. We will then discuss the legal issue or problem and develop a short-term and long term strategy to reach a resolution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced and aggressive lawyer. I practice primarily in the Chicagoland area, but I am licensed in Ohio and Illinois. I am an active member of several bar organizations and I speak regularly of on criminal and DUI matters.
