FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Connect Electric has a low $75 service fee. This covers travel and initial diagnosis. if you decide to have us complete your project we roll the initial $75 cost into the project!! I am a perfectionist that takes pride in my work so all of my clients receive A+ top tier work for what you pay
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our ideal "New Client" experience is pleasant and informative. I am very easy to talk to. we approach all of our clients in a warm respectful environment without judgment or condescension. #1 We establish client information such as: Property location and contact details for the new client. #2 We discuss and list the details and scope of your project. #3 we will nail down a time frame for the project, our initial goal is to try to determine if you are ready to start the project immediately, if this is for a later date, or if you are seeking estimates for a future project. #4 Manage Expectations. this is the step in the process that we discuss any budget restrictions, and general "cost" expectations
