- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that our pricing model is very competitive verses the national average for production services. But more importantly our customers have found that our pricing model is very favorable as compared to regional pricing for videography and photography services. In addition customers that use both our video and photo services for the same event receive a discount that ranges from 5% to 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step that we like to take is to have a tele-conference with the customer. During that conversation we are looking to establish the basic question; what is it that the customer wants? How do they imagine the look of the finished video? What kind of photos are they interested in? That first tele-conference is where the bar is set to begin the pre-production phase of the project.

KMc Video and Photo Productions has subscribed to the best practices of The Wedding and Event Videographers Association International which is the largest non-profit trade association in the event production industry and provides among its' many services periodic information and updates on the latest products and trends introduced in the industry. The association represents over 4000 full-time and part-time professional wedding and event professionals nationwide and around the globe.
