- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a daily rate of $300. I work an 8 hour day. Minimum 4 hour day which is $50 per hour. Best pricing is the daily rate. No hidden fees. Included in my rate.....I remove items for donation at no extra charge, shop for supplies on way to job, bring my own tables and racks if needed........and much more included. I never ever leave my client with a mess to clean up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up tables and everything gets sorted by category first. Then category by category we edit items that no longer make sense in the home, or lifestyle. I am sensitive and intuitive when dealing with each client. I can have a soft tough, or come in and get things moving within the first 30 minutes. Your choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art education and 30 years of Retail Merchandising and Management on Michigan Ave in Chicago. Last 7 years I have been working directly with my clients in their closets, kitchens, entire home, garage, and even storage units.
