Jason was excellent
I was without heat on the coldest day of the year & waited all day for Four Seasons to arrive to install new boiler when they finally showed up at 5:30pm they were trying to charge me a price of over $6000 for a boiler that is advertised for $3600 because it was so cold out & we were desperate to get heat.
I could not agree with that I called Jason from COMFORT AIR he came to my house 7:30pm checked all my radiators & the boiler Four Seasons was gonna install was not the proper size for my house so I will recommend COMFORT AIR THEY ARE GREAT
I FEEL THEY ARE CARING & HONEST
I'm really thank God I called him. I will HIGHLY recommend THIS COMPANY.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard $90* per hour service call to diagnose and standard $90* cleaning fee for start of season checks.
I am priced competitively in the local market and have the same supply networks as the large outfits.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically need to assess a situation and give a range. I am not opposed to giving a quote and all the info and waiting on the project so the customer can get everything they asked for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years hands on, trained from the best on new and old. I can name a system by sight. I am obsessive in my research, and I have additional training from supply houses and major outfits where I sub on occasion. I have additional safety training as a firefighter. I like to stay up to date.
