Gerome is excellent! He responded immediately and scheduled me in for the next day. He was clear and concise in explaining the issues with my furnace and what needed to be done. Gerome was able to figure out why my HVAC was power cycling. He identified that a previous maintenance guy did not wire my electrical board and blower motor correctly. He also noticed the thermostat was not wired correctly. I'm very satisfied.

About 10 years ago I finished college with an associates degree in applied science. After school I immediately started working in the HVAC department.
