- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We provide upfront estimates before any work begins. Our diagnostic fee can be applied toward the repair if you move forward with the service. We also offer seasonal promotions, discounts for first-time and returning customers, and free estimates for new HVAC installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening to the customer’s concerns and performing a complete system inspection. After diagnosing the issue, I explain the findings, discuss the available options, provide upfront pricing, and complete the work only after the customer approves the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional HVAC training and hold an EPA Certification to safely handle refrigerants. I continue expanding my knowledge through ongoing training to stay current with modern HVAC systems and industry standards.
