Eli and Mandi was very responsive and was able to come early the next day before I went to work. He fixed my broken spring and luckily he had the parts in his truck. I will use him again to install my new garage door. Quality service, very professional and prompt.

I pulled into the garage late Saturday night and heard a pop and saw the spring and pulley hanging above my head. On Sunday morning at 9 a.m. I reached out to 3 different repair men. Eli replied back in less than 5 minutes and asked for photos and immediately told us what needed to be done. He said he could be there early the next morning. We booked an appointment and he texted us in the morning when he was 5 minutes away to let us know he would be there as promised. He was professional, courteous and explained everything in detail to my husband. He was done with everything in less than an hour and we could not be more pleased! We will definitely be getting our garage door replaced to an updated door down the road and I know we will be calling Eli again!

They did a great job! We replaced our two garage doors with one custom, taller and wider door. He helped us with the carpentry and found a custom door really quickly. Whole process took a couple days with the reframing. Very happy!
