  Some jobs can be measured by square footage and some can not. The more man time equals a higher cost.

  Ask them direct questions to find out what’s their biggest need.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’ve been in business more that 5 yrs and have done work at hospitals, commercial spaces, and downtown condos.
