Sam came out and completed several things for this project: Acoil around window and door, trim around roofline, touch up spot painting, caulk around tubs and sinktop, drywall, insullation around hvac ductwork, anchoring of laundry tub, tile work, etc. He had the tools, the manpower, and the skill to complete the job efficiently. He was both reasonable and flexible with pricing. It's no wonder he is in high demand. If you are flexible with timing and reasonable with pricing, Sam and his crew are worth the opportunity. I would use him again.

Sam was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the original, custom doors from our 1920s-era condo and removed multiple layers of paint. He sent progress photos during the time he worked on the doors. The results were great. He also provided on the spot estimates for two tiling projects in our home. Very satisfied!
