Our prices are very competitive, We don't have overhead costs, so we can pass these savings to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer at the job site. Find out what the client has envisioned and make suggestions if needed. Provide the client with a well detail proposal. Schedule the starting date and have an approximate time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been doing this job for 22 years. Also, I have 3 years of interior design training at the Chicago Art Institute (AI). I've been licensed and insured for the past 18 years and I'm very familiar with building codes and the process of permits and inspections in many towns, including Chicago. I also do Electric, plumbing, and framing, for bigger jobs, I work with licensed tradesmen.
