- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes the costs of my subcontractors marked up 10% for my overhead. All labor and material is included in base cost. Any permits, engineering, inspection fees will be additional costs that will be assessed and presented for approval before procurement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their ambitions, preferred design styles and budget then sitting down and rendering their spaces until they see their dreams on the screen.
