- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my base price for the bride is $80, trial is same price. bridemaids and other people is $60 to 70$. flower girl or girl under 12 years old is 40$. travel fee will be add if location is not in Chicago city, extra will be add if I have to stay to retouch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for wedding. there will be a phone consultation, price quotation, trial, contract, deposit, Then I will come for the service on wedding day. they can pay the balance before or on the wedding day. other events, they can just book me through phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Cosmetology license, I got trained under a top salon in Chicago, I have classes with Sam Villa, redken, oribe, kerastase, unite. online training with Georgiy Kot , a Russian stylist.
