Lalo was fantastic! He was very responsive as he immediately responded to my request for a quote via phone and through Thumbtack. He also gave me a heads up when he was on his way to my place so his communication was great. He installed my new ceiling fan quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how Lalo was able to fit in my dishwasher installation on less than a day’s notice. This was my kitchen’s first dishwasher, so he had a lot to do! First, he made a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies I hadn’t already bought. He then installed a GFCI outlet under the sink and fed appropriate wiring through conduit that I had previously installed, connecting everything to a new breaker in the breaker box. He then implemented all plumbing connections while prepping/installing the dishwasher itself (an ~50-step process). Throughout the installation, he was kind enough to explain how and why he was doing different things, so it was a great learning experience for me! Later that evening when I discovered an error due to a wire that became disconnected during installation, he promptly replied with the information I needed to make the correction myself. I’m really pleased with the value of the installation, which was significantly lower than another quote that I received for this project. If you’re looking for someone to help you with a similar project, Lalo’s your guy!
