Really excellent and detailed work at a reasonable price. Our walls had more damage than what we originally thought, but the team was very detailed oriented and made sure the walls were patched and in great shape before painting. Painting is excellent and was done quickly. Will definitely hire again for future projects!

Performed a tough job sanding and finishing and painting new plaster (not drywall) and two coats of primer with paint on ceiling and walls. And sanded upstairs shower ceiling and spackled and painted. Two days work. Half the price of another professional here.

Had Richards Pro Painting out to my place in Lake Forest and they did a really solid job. The prep alone was better than what I’ve seen from most crews, they actually took the time to patch, sand, and protect everything instead of rushing straight to paint.
Lines came out clean, coverage is even, and there weren’t any of those little sloppy spots you usually notice after the fact. They also kept things surprisingly tidy the whole time, which matters when people are in and out of your house for a few days.
Big thing for me was they showed up when they said they would and kept things moving without me having to chase them down. No surprises, no games.
If you’re in the north shore and want it done right without babysitting the process, they’re a good call.
