- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process is to first have a phone call with the potential client. In that call, I will ask questions about the person's financial situation to determine if bankruptcy is the right option for them. If they do qualify and it's a good course of action for them, I will inform them of the process and what they would need to gather in order to file. I then set up a date and time for them to come into the office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Juris Doctorate in Law and also am licensed to practice law in Illinois, New Jersey and New York.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I work with people from all different walks of life who have one thing in common- they have fallen on hard times. Bankruptcy gives people a fresh start so they can take back their lives.
