Hen responded quickly to my request for service and was able to come out same day to complete the repair. He was communicative with the onsite person he was meeting and debriefed once the repair was completed. I would have preferred to receive the full cost estimate before the work was completed. I would use Hen again for future locksmith needs.

Hen sent out his team mate Tahir to my unit in Naperville to rekey the locks. Tahir did an amazing job and swooped in and out and took care of what needed to be done in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Would definitely use these guys in the future. Much appreciated!

Hen did amazing job. We needed a new lock for our entry door the old handle was damaged couldn’t be fixed. He provided a new lock with keys like this lock better. If necessary I will use them again
