Hen did amazing job. We needed a new lock for our entry door the old handle was damaged couldn’t be fixed. He provided a new lock with keys like this lock better. If necessary I will use them again

He was communicative with the onsite person he was meeting and debriefed once the repair was completed. I would have preferred to receive the full cost estimate before the work was completed.
