Overall great experience with Alex- I needed him to fix a lock that had been jammed for months, create a key for a lock, and install a smart lock on my front door. Alex provided me with a quote upfront so that I was aware of total cost. Once he arrived with another colleague, he was able to complete all three tasks in less than an hour.
