Ben was outstanding! He was able to provide support with immediate assistance with opening the deadbolt locks, replacing the locks, and installing new locks with keys. He was responsive, efficient and kind. He explained everything and was even able to continue this project in the rain. I appreciate the quality of his work. I highly recommend Ben for lockouts, and replacements for deadbolt and other locks.

Ben is excellent!! He’s all that a professional contractor should be. His pricing was competitive. He communicated clearly with me about what I needed/wanted from the start and let me know how things were going re: things like when he could firm up a day and time to do the work, sourcing parts, and how far away he was from my home. Came out on a Sunday and rekeyed all the locks at my new house. They all use the same key now (even the new smart lock I bought that they installed for me)! Before every door had its own key!

Mark started work on the door immediately. He found that the lock was still functioning properly but the problem was with the inside doorknob. He offered a few options for the the door but I wasn't sure about them. Then he tried another tactic with a plate between the door and the door knob and then a larger doorknob. The last option worked best. He persevered and now I can lock and unlock the door from the outside without any problems.
