I hired Pro Secure Locksmith secure to come out and take a look at the lock on my security storm door that was in operable. I received a response to my request in about an hour after submitting which I wasn’t expecting, but it was appreciated. Caio came out at the agreed-upon date and time and also contacted me to let me know that he was outside. He even asked if he could park in my driveway which I thought was very considerate and respectful of my property. Once he arrived he introduced himself and immediately went to work on my door. He assessed what was needed, went back out to his truck, and came back with several locks. He then took the time to explain how each one would operate for my needs and he gave the pros and cons, which was very helpful. Once I picked out a lock, he was done in no time. I admit I did not think he was going to be able to replace my lock as it was custom-made for my door. Caio did a great job and did not leave any parts for me to clean up. Overall, I was very pleased with Pro Secure Locksmith’s services and would hire them again. They are reliable and are really good at what they do. They value their customers time, and don’t make you feel as though they are doing you a favor for showing up! Caio was friendly yet professional, and the price was fair. You can’t go wrong with Pro Secure Locksmith. Hire them today!
