- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the engagement and needs of the Client. We can structure fees either on a flat fee or hourly basis. Credit terms may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on what the Client wants. Some client engagements are strictly Transaction-oriented, like writing a Business Plan; that often can be accomplished by phone or internet. Other engagements are Process-oriented and involve extensive on-site involvement by our team of professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Cronin has over 40 years of experience in Private Industry owning, operating or managing businesses ranging in size from $500k to $10MM in revenue and 5 to 125 employees. The industrial categories he has owned and/or managed businesses in encompass professional services, construction, business services and manufacturing. He has degrees in Business and Law from both the University of Notre Dame and Northern Illinois University. Areas of Expertise include: Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Financing, Organizational Development, Business Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Performance Management, Human Resources and Marketing.
