Brandon has been great to work with. He made beautiful custom handrails for us, and also helped with a few other things around the house that we had been ignoring or living with. He’s very responsive, and even came back to help us do a small repair of the handrails free of charge.
I needed a screen door replaced and sent out for several replies. He got back to me immediately and was extremely responsive to all my questions. We got a plan sorted out, he sent me pricing very quickly and worked with me on the schedule. Showed up when he said he would, performed the work quickly and it turned out great... he even did a small fix on another door on the way out just because he noticed it!
Great work, fair price, great attitude, would hire again if I had more screen doors that needed replacing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees!
The hourly rate is flexible for jobs over 2 hours.
If materials are needed, it will be expressed beforehand whether my price reflects materials or if they will still need to be factored into pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Walk through the project with the customer and make sure that the best options are being weighed.
-Try to give a transparent and accurate quote, whether that is from receiving pictures of the project or going onsite for a walk through with the customer.
-On larger jobs, I will often require a 50% deposit if job requires over $100 worth of materials.
-Stay in communication with customer before and during the work.
-Make sure they are happy with the work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with some of the biggest property managers in Chicago for the past 5 years and have apprenticed under 2 of the largest locksmith companies over the past 10 years.
