- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically schedule an in-depth initial conversation with the client. I like to ask what exactly are they trying to accomplish and how soon they’re looking to complete the task? I inform the client that I do charge a $100 deposit to book your session. The deposit is non-refundable and it’s applied to your session fees should you decide to move forward. During the conversation I strive to gain as much information as possible regarding the work that needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've received my certification for audio engineering and sound acoustics at Harper College in 2005. I've received training from various engineers such as the Legendary Larry Sturm from Pressure Point Recording Studio in Chicago, IL. RIP Larry!
