- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimated prices are provided on our website. Please call for a quote before booking. The Illinois law allows $1 per signature. The additional service charge covers travel and other items related to your notarizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation via text works for gathering information quickly. However, a discussion over a phone call is necessary before booking any appointment and meeting in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS). Both organizations are nationally recognized authorities in certifying notaries to handle real estate transactions as well as general notarizations.
