FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and competitive. Notarization fees are based on state-approved rates, with additional charges that may apply for travel, after-hours, weekend, or rush appointments. I provide clear, upfront estimates before every signing—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I make the process simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. 1. Initial Contact: I’ll confirm what type of documents need notarization, how many signatures are required, and cost for each witness signature needed. 2. Scheduling: We’ll set a convenient date, time, and location that works best. 3. Preparation: I’ll provide clear instructions on what to bring (such as valid ID and unsigned documents). 4. Appointment: I arrive on time, verify identity, witness signatures, and complete the notarization quickly and accurately. 5. Follow-Up: Before I leave, I ensure everything is in order and answer any final questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) and a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA). I completed comprehensive NNA certification and background screening, which ensures I follow all industry standards and best practices for handling loan and legal documents. In addition, I have completed Loan Signing System (LSS) certification training, which provided advanced, hands-on instruction in real estate closings, document accuracy, and client communication.
