Zacharyiah was very informative, supportive, and flexible. While working with him I was going through a lot of transitions in my life and he was very grounded even though my life had a lot of different moving pieces.
This is what I needed the most because I wasnt focused on my nutrition since i was so busy in my life.
He helped me set a schedule and integrate healthier food choices in my life in a way where i could digest it and it was tasty lol. I couldn't thank him enough for doing that.
He also helped me tweak this one major thing that was causing me discomfort in my body and that was so eye opening for me.
I dont have that problem anymore and not only that I now feel empowered to do this on my own. He really helped me become a better leader and take control of my life.
There is always so much more to learn and when im ready to go further in my knowledge around nutrition and being more healthier i will definitely be reaching back out to Zacharyiah.
He was such a pleasure to work with.
