- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give detailed and customized quotes to all of our clients. From time to time we like to run promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a casual conversation and just ask some questions, really. Some important questions that we would ask would include, what styles of photography do you happen to enjoy, any fun hobbies or interests, and special locations. We like planning photo shoot ideas together with our clients so that there really is a personal touch. These are your photos after all, and we want you to be proud of them. If you're not much of the planning type and want us to give suggestions and ideas to guide the photo shoot, no worries, we're capable of doing that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of having a camera by my side and practicing a lot! My friends and family know me as the “camera man” and joke around about how I will photograph just about anything.
