Zach was phenomenal from the first interaction to the very end! We came from Ohio and he had wonderful recommendations on where to take pictures! Zach helped out tremendously from caring our bags, to getting uber’s around Chicago! This was such a great experience! Zach helped make my proposal absolutely perfect. He was extremely communicative during the planning process and the day of. He was perfectly placed where my now fiancé had no idea he was even there. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know what is being charged and how it’s processed. If it includes timing, distance traveled, the amount of a party, etc. Details are key so that the photographer and customers are on the same page. Along with a signed document (contract) showing that there’s an agreement and no violations of any kind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them before the shoot, why they want the shoot and how they want to shoot. I’m a people person where I love to connect with customers and learn of what they are asking in use of my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a freelancer so I’m self taught but I attended to a KVCC Community College in Michigan and then attended Columbia College Chicago.
