Our fee is one month's rent for tenant locator AND the first years property management services are FREE (everything outlined in the presentation), NO UP FRONT FEES AND NO MONTHLY MANAGEMENT OR SERVICE CHARGES!! If we have a tenant renew the lease or sign up for a multi-year lease your rate drops by 35% for those years.
