Yuriy was delightful to work with. He took a real interest in the project and asked lots of questions to ensure he knew our goals and needs. He seemed to enjoy his job, which is always a good thing to experience. He really went above and beyond and let me see some of the pictures and reshot some where I hadn't realized certain things were visible. I'm over the moon with my pictures and the price was great! Worth every penny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of photo packages that fit any type of property. No upfront payments - you pay only after your order has been delivered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we agree on the date and time for a photoshoot, a new customer will receive my standard agreement and booking confirmation.
Also, a new customer will receive a helpful guide about property preparation for a photoshoot. Prepared property is one of the most important factors for getting high-quality pictures.
On the photoshoot day, we will walk through the property and customer will show the house/apartment and specify all the requests so the delivered photos will be 100% as the client expects.
